This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read along with the Terms of Use as appearing on the Platform ("Terms Of Use") and is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of Growgether marketplace platform – www.growgether.com (hereinafter referred to as "Growgether / Platform").
The Platform is owned and managed by M/s Rimashi Lifestyle Private Limited, a company existing under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing Corporate Identification Number U52609PB2018PTC047858, having registered office at 96, New Lajpat Nagar, Model Town, Ludhiana, Punjab, India 141002 and corporate office at 4th Floor, Flat No.416, Spaze Boulevard, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122018 (hereinafter referred as “Company”). The Shipping & Delivery Policy constitute Your binding obligations with the Company.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy For Growgether
At Growgether, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. While We shall strive to ship all your ordered products together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. We ship only through reputed courier agencies to ensure timely delivery in perfect condition. If you have any questions or require further assistance, our friendly customer support team is here to help. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing our policies periodically for any updates.
Domestic Shipping
- Shipping Charges: INR 49 within India, regardless of the number of items.
- Free Shipping: On purchases above INR 499.
- Delivery Time: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 business days. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
- Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. For modifications, please email at care@growgether.com. In case, the order has been already shipped, we will not be able to do any modifications. Modifications to an order, such as changes in quantity, color, or size, are allowed only if requested within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipping, whichever is earlier.
- All shipments in stock are monitored by our Customer Service which releases the stock allowing up to two deliveries of the goods i.e. the delivery agent will make 2 delivery attempts. If the courier informs us that the customer is not contactable or address is not located or the delivery address indicated while placing the order has some anomaly, we will immediately inform you on the available contact numbers; however, after the second delivery attempt, the package will be returned to originator and the Order will stand cancelled.

3. Changes to Shipping & Delivery Policy
We may change the Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to Shipping & Delivery Policy, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. You agree that your continued use of our services after such changes have been published to our services will constitute your acceptance of such revised Shipping & Delivery Policy.
