Return & refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Overview
This Return, Refund, Exchange Policy should be read along with the Terms of Use as appearing on the Platform ("Terms Of Use") and is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of Growgether marketplace platform – www.growgether.com (hereinafter referred to as "Growgether / Platform").
The Platform is owned and managed by M/s Rimashi Lifestyle Private Limited, a company existing under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing Corporate Identification Number U52609PB2018PTC047858, having registered office at 96, New Lajpat Nagar, Model Town, Ludhiana, Punjab, India 141002 and corporate office at 4th Floor, Flat No.416, Spaze Boulevard, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122018 (hereinafter referred as “Company”). The Return, Refund, Exchange Policy constitute Your binding obligations with the Company.
2. Return, Refund, Exchange Policy for Growgether:
At Growgether, we strive to make sure you have the best experience. Below, we have outlined our policies on Return, refunds, exchange and cancellation to ensure you have no difficulties.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email at care@growgether.com with your order ID, the issue and clear photo or video of the defect which will be verified by the team to check the eligibility for the same. The product must have been purchased from www.growgether.com only.
- All products are subject to availability. In case of stock unavailability after order placement, customers will be informed and offered alternatives such as a replacement product, credit note, or a full refund.
- While We shall strive to ship all your ordered products together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery of damaged or defective products. For larger items, part replacements will be provided for quicker resolution. Exchanges or replacements will be processed after the original product passes quality checks and replacement will be dispatched within 2-5 business days depending on the quality report.
- In case, you have received a different product other than what you had placed an order for or damaged product, kindly send us a video and contact our customer care. We will issue a replacement unit after verification.
- We are not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery. Damages caused by negligence, improper use, or incorrect application are not covered under our return, refund, and exchange policy.
- Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, with all spare parts, tags, freebies (in case of refund) original packaging and the invoice. Clearance sale, discounted and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable but will be replaced only.
- Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchange of opened or used products once opened. These will include items kept under GROWCARE category.
- We do not offer a "Money Refund" policy. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a credit note that can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Refunds or credits will not include any gift wrapping charges, expedited shipping fees, or additional customizations, if applicable.
- Credit note issued as part of a return or refund process will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Unused credits after this period will be forfeited.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes the quality inspection. Depending on the payment method, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account.
- In case of replacement, if the product is out of stock, we will provide a full refund. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order for this case.
- For lost in transit, we will process a refund or re-dispatch as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
- A pickup will be arranged through a courier service only if your PIN code is serviceable and pickup facility is available as per our courier service partner. Otherwise, you will need to return the product at your expense. Shipping charges will be reimbursed up to a certain amount (depends on the product and the category) upon receipt of the product.
- You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by You to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. If You have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and you will not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund on such transaction.

We may change the Return, Refund, Exchange Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to Return, Refund, Exchange Policy, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. You agree that your continued use of our services after such changes have been published to our services will constitute your acceptance of such revised Return, Refund, Exchange Policy.
