1. Overview
Welcome to Growgether. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of Growgether marketplace platform – www.growgether.com (hereinafter referred to as "Growgether / Platform"). The Terms Of Use herein establish and covers for all these provisions.
The Platform is owned and managed by M/s Rimashi Lifestyle Private Limited, a company existing under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing Corporate Identification Number U52609PB2018PTC047858, having registered office at 96, New Lajpat Nagar, Model Town, Ludhiana, Punjab, India 141002 and corporate office at 4th Floor, Flat No.416, Spaze Boulevard, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122018 (hereinafter referred as “Company”). The Company inter alia deals in diapers, rash creams, wipes, shampoos, lotions, oils, sunscreens, mosquito repellants, grooming kits, strollers, car seats, baby carriers, diapers bags, cribs, highchairs, rockers, detergents, blankets, pillows, bedsheets, baby monitors, white noise machines, safety gates, onesies, swaddles, towels, robes, clothing, swimwear (hereinafter referred as “Products”)
Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following Terms Of Use ("Terms Of Use"). By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with Rimashi Lifestyle Private Limited, the owner of the Platform. These Terms Of Use including the policies constitute Your binding obligations with Rimashi Lifestyle Private Limited.
For the purpose of these Terms Of Use, wherever the context so requires "You", “Your”, "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on Platform for the purchase of Products sold by with Rimashi Lifestyle Private Limited by registering on the Platform as registered user (hereinafter referred as “Registered User”). The term Growgether ", “Platform”, "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Rimashi Lifestyle Private Limited and its assigns.
2. Confidentiality
If You use the Website, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Website and refuse to provide You with access to the Website.
3. Eligibility
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website. Growgether reserves the right to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide you with access to the Website if it is brought to Growgether notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.

When You use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

Users must register an account to make purchases. Ensure your information is accurate and up to date.
6. Product Information
We strive to display our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions or images are error-free.
7. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may include or exclude taxes and shipping fees based on your location.
8. Promotion Offers
In the case of returned or undelivered orders, whether in part or in full, the user will not be eligible to avail the offer that was used to purchase the original order. The refund provided will not include the benefits of the offer. If the returned product(s) were part of a free offer, such as "Buy 2 get 1 free" or "Buy 1 get 1 free," all products related to the offer must be returned as they were purchased as part of a group offer. The refund/replacement process will only be initiated once all the products from the offer have been returned.
Occasionally, we may include a free sample or gift with our orders that are eligible for the offer. Please note that these samples/gifts are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.

- To the extent any Personally Data collected by Us contains images of You, You grant Growgether a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, or prepare derivative works of or publicly display such images and/or your likeness in relation to the Services or for other marketing purposes.
- We may use Your personal data, for advertisements/and or social media posts to highlight and promote Our Product review and efficiency.
2. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Notification will be provided if your order is canceled.
3. Payment
Payments must be made through accepted methods. Your credit card information is secure and encrypted.
4. Service Interruption
The Owner may need to interrupt Your access to the Website to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that Your access to the Website may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but that the Owner shall have no liability for any damage or loss caused as a result of such downtime.
